Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you, we hope that you have a relaxing and safe holiday season.

Message from the CEO

Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners,

Over 20 years of running the business at ADI Displays, 2020 has been a year we would rather forget. Our industry was among the affected and sadly there have been many closures since exhibition, tradeshow and public events came to a complete halt. Working through the year has indeed been a test, which I believe has made us stronger. I am much appreciative to our staff, customers and suppliers who have been a support through out our most challenging of times.

During the Covid-19 period our motivation was to keep staff safe and engaged. In normal circumstances we were driven by job deadlines, as it got quiet we took the opportunity and focused to refine our internal systems and procedures. To ensure all processes were fine tuned and applied for customer satisfaction.

Early on Australia had a supply shortage of PPE face masks, urging the public to reserve hospital grade masks to frontline health workers. In response to the mask shortage we then quickly sourced suitable materials and accessories to start producing printed fabric face masks. Even though our production facilities are set for Fabric Graphics, from grand format dye-sublimation printing to automatic fabric cutting and sewing machines. Producing masks was not only the logical choice but a piece of cake, posing no challenge to our capabilities.

Compared to many other countries, Australia has been quite lucky in keeping COVID cases relatively low. When the time comes for Australia to reopen its borders, precaution and prevention is still very much important. We have then developed a product extension to our display systems for Hand hygiene and Social Distancing. For more practical applications to our display solutions, please keep tuned in for future communications.

On the upside, works for retail and inhouse events still remained and the demand for more creative, attention seeking display solutions were at a high. We are delighted that we have successfully delivered many 'extraordinary' TexFrame Fabric Displays and Custom Fabric Light Boxes. Which we will share in the coming newsletters for inspirational project applications.

Adapt Diverse Innovate is what ADI stands for and we endeavour to continue delivering products and services that exceed our customers' expectations. Thank you again for your support, we wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
